Redondo Beach, Calif.-based Bliss & Glennon has a new market for residential contractors in California. This market is non-admitted and rated “A- VIII” by AM Best’s.
This market will entertain both general contractors and subcontractors working on all types of residential construction projects, including custom homes and single family tract work. Residential Wrap policies are also available for projects up to 100 homes or 30 units for multi-family projects.
Minimum policy premiums are: $100,000 for a CGL policy and $200,000 for a wrap project policy.Minimum deductibles are: $5,000 for a CGL policy and $25,000 for a Wrap project policy.Maximum available limits are $1/$2/$2 with Defense Costs within the Limits of Insurance.
