Builders & Tradesmen’s Insurance Services Inc. in Rocklin, Calif., is offering its new One-Shot Builders Risk Program in California, Arkansas, Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington. “Single-shot” residential builders risk coverage is available on-line for projects up to $1.5 million in value, excluding the cost of land. New starts, remodels and renovations with or without existing structures are acceptable. On-line price indication, qualification, binder and invoice are available instantly.
Commission is 12.5 percent. Limits are projects up to $1.5 million on-line, referral for projects over $1.5 million.
The carrier is rated “A” XIV by A.M. Best Co.
