Bothell, Wash-based Vertafore, a software provider to the insurance industry, has appointed Jeff Groh senior vice president and chief financial officer.
“His experience in both designing and executing key strategic initiatives that result in significant growth and successfully integrating acquisitions will be a tremendous asset to the organization,” said Euan Menzies, president and CEO of Vertafore.
Groh most recently served as CFO for Harland Financial Solutions. Prior to HFS, Jeff held the role of CFO at BISYS Investment Services.
