The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research has announced that Kami Ishikawa, of Lapre Scali & Co. in Scottsdale, Ariz., is the 2010 Outstanding CSR of the Year recipient for the state of Arizona.
To qualify for the state honor, Ishikawa submitted an essay and demonstrated commendable service to the agencies, industry, and community.
“She represents the backbone of the insurance community, those customer service representatives distinguished for providing exceptional service on a daily basis,” said Dr. William T. Hold, president of The National Alliance.
“The Outstanding CSR of the Year Award is an opportunity to recognize exceptional customer service representatives across the nation,” said Danielle Janecka, senior vice president of The National Alliance. “Our state winners demonstrated through their essays how well they understand that, whatever the name, the most important value they can add is great service to their customers.”
The National Outstanding CSR of the Year Award carries a $2,000 cash prize and a scholarship for the recipient’s employer to any program offered by The National Alliance.
