Nine months after Eric Bossuk, former CEO of Tri County Insurance based in Calabasas, Calif., and Steve Brooks, former President of Steve Brooks Insurance Services based in Westlake Village Calif.,, announced they would be merging their companies, their joint venture has officially become B&B Premier Insurance Solutions Inc.
In the months since the two joined forces, B&B Premier Insurance located its headquarters in Agoura Hills, Calif. The company will maintain two satellite offices in Santa Clarita and Calabasas to accommodate new and existing personal and commercial insurance clients, Bossuk said. The company currently has 40 employees.
