Santa Monica, Calif.-based White & Company Insurance Inc. has promoted Dane Lupe to assistant vice president.
White & Company Insurance also hired Joshua Valdivia as a producer.
Lupe joined the firm in 2011, after having over three years of insurance experience as an account manager. He has experience in industries including restaurants and hospitality, manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors, financial institutions, and property owners.
Valdivia will join the commercial lines team and will focus on new client development and retention with a focus on the health care industry.
Following a brief internship with Bell Clements, Valdivia joined Bliss and Glennon in their complex casualty unit.
