Brown & Brown Acquires Assets from Bellingham Underwriters in Washington

A subsidiary within Brown & Brown Inc.’s national programs division has acquired certain assets of Bellingham Underwriters Inc. in Washington.

Bellingham Underwriters is a managing general underwriter that specializes in providing insurance solutions for transportation and related risks. It has reported annual revenues of roughly $4.6 million.

Bellingham Underwriters Principal Ken Robinette and his team will continue to serve their clients from their existing Bellingham location.

Florida-based national insurance broker Brown & Brown, through its subsidiaries, offers insurance and reinsurance products and related services.
