Propel Insurance has acquired Portland, Ore.-based Ross & Associates Insurance Services Inc.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Ross & Associates provides business and personal insurance, including builder’s risk, professional liability employee benefits, workers’ compensation and bonding.
Propel is a privately owned insurance agency in the Northwest. The firm provides property/casualty, risk management, workers’ comp, employee benefits, personal insurance and other products.
