Protector Holdings has acquired Concord, Calif.-based BetterWay Insurance Services.
Terms of the deal were not released.
BetterWay specializes in providing insurance services to Hispanic consumers, and writes wries auto, motorcycle, RV, boat, homeowners and renters insurance coverage from additional California locations in Fairfield, Sonora and Visalia.
Protector Holdings was founded in 2013 as a partnership between EPIC, a retail property/casualty and employee benefits insurance broker/consultant, private equity firm Dowling Capital Partners and Premier Insurance Services.
