San Diego, Calif.-based Cavignac & Associates has named Jessica White a human resources risk advisor.
White will provide advice to Cavignac & Associates’ clients to help them reduce the frequency and severity of their employee claims. She primarily interacts with corporate executives and their companies’ respective human resource professionals.
White has more than 15 years of experience in human resources. After becoming a licensed attorney, she founded her own firm, JW Employment Law Center, which provided human resources consulting and employment litigation services primarily to the small business community.
Cavignac & Associates is a risk management and commercial insurance brokerage firm.
