Outsource Insurance Professionals has named Shawnae Bentley director of client relations.

Bentley will oversee business development and marketing.

Bentley has nearly 30 years of excess and surplus experience, most recently at Munich Re in their binding authority division. She was also at Nautilus Insurance Group.

OIP specializes in excess and surplus lines, providing underwriting support services ranging from entry level tasks to professional services such as renewal underwriting.

Resilience Cyber Insurance Solutions has named Gavin Reed executive vice president based in Los Angeles.

Reed has nearly 20 years of underwriting expertise, most recently as assistant vice president of specialty underwriting for CNA Insurance. Reed spent 10 years in the London market in various broking and underwriting roles across all financial lines. He began his insurance career at Marsh as a broker before joining Hiscox and then CNA in London.

Resilience provides insurance coverage and cybersecurity tools to protect mid-market companies.
