The Web sites of the Texas and Oklahoma insurance departments achieved an “excellent” rating from a national consumer group that surveyed information provided by state insurance departments to consumers online. Only six states were found to be doing an excellent job, according to the Consumer Federation of America. Arkansas was ranked in the “good” category and Louisiana’s site was rated “fair.”
