Market Detail: NSM Insurance Group offers agents access to its “Independent Senior Housing Insurance Program.” The program is designed for stand-alone independent senior living housing including: 1) Non-profit HUD and state financed apartment buildings; 2) For-profit apartment management companies, condos and co-ops for more affluent seniors; and 3) For-profit and non-profit buildings with more than 50 percent senior occupancy for both affordable and up-scale housing. Hotel/Motel Program
Market Detail: Gridiron Insurance Underwriters Inc. brings agents a market for hotels and motels that includes all the coverages unique to the industry. Automatic coverage extensions include: money and securities, employee dishonesty, guest property, guest relocation, guest evacuation expense, reprogramming of key system, spoilage, outdoor signs plus 20 other unique extensions. Equipment breakdown is included on every risk. Optional coverages include wake-up call liability, employee benefits, hired and non-owned auto and business income on an actual loss sustained basis.
