Hard to Place Workers’ Comp
Market Details: PEO Emperor offers immediate access to the proprietary, captive workers’ compensation insurance. Will handle all workers’ comp claims, collaborate with team on-site safety, and work to reduce any claims related to on-site accidents, helping to save up to 20% on current expenses.
PEO Emperor leverages a captive workers’ comp program to immediately lower WC costs for employers. Targeted clients typically will have a rate of 8% or higher. Split workforce available.
When partnered with a contractor, PEO Emperor will take on the high-risk exposure, and they can keep the less risky stuff in-house. This creates a situation where there are less claims hitting their policy which will reduce their ex-mod and workers’ comp premium. For example, PEO Emperor will take on all the apprentices for a contractor because that is where typically most of the injuries come from.
