AgencyPort Insurance Services, Inc. announced that Eastern Alliance Insurance Group, a Pennsylvania workers’ compensation company, has licensed AgencyPort’s full KeyOnce(TM) Solution.
The KeyOnce(TM) Portal Software, built on ACORD XML, reportedly enables insurance companies to rapidly and cost-effectively deploy transactional services to their agents over the web.
The component-based software will provide Eastern Alliance agents with an easy way to input, quote, bind and submit risk data to Eastern Alliance internal staff and eliminate the need to re-key data into downstream systems. The privately-labeled software intelligently captures risk data, verifies eligibility and allows underwriters to review and process all incoming submissions. In addition, the AgencyConnect(TM) component will provide upload and download functionality, offering Eastern Alliance agents the ability to leverage data resident within their agency management systems.
“The AgencyPort software solves two major corporate objectives; an agency interface solution and a secure, flexible and extensible agency portal that will automate our previous manual policy processing activity” said Harry Talbert, CIO of Eastern Alliance Insurance Group. “In addition, the KeyOnce product leverages our existing policy administration system and will allow Eastern Alliance to efficiently expand into additional geographic territories with new and existing products.”
