The Bermuda-based Argo Group International Holdings announced that its Lloyd’s operation, Heritage Managing Agency Ltd., has been renamed Argo Managing Agency Ltd. and will conduct business under the brand name of “Argo International.”
The rebranding continues the integration of the London operation which was acquired by Argo Group in 2008.
Argo also announced that Julian Enoizi has been named as CEO, effective June 1, 2009.
Argo Group President and CEO Mark E. Watson III described the rebranding as a “new stage in the development of our London-based international business.” He also welcomed Enoizi to Argo.
