Swiss Re Corporate Solutions opens an office in Frankfurt, Germany, to reinforce its presence in the German commercial insurance market.
The office will initially focus on property and surety products for corporations in Germany. Kuno Linder, Country Manager Germany for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, said that in time, the office will offer additional products and services to German clients.
To lead the European surety business, Sigurd Jander joined Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. Jander, who will be based in Frankfurt, is a senior insurance executive with more than 25 years of experience in surety and credit.
The office in Frankfurt complements Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ German representation in Munich. Both offices represent Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ legal entity Swiss Re International SE.
