Tampa, Fla.-based HR outsourcing firm AdvanTech Solutions announced it has entered the Chicago market, forming partnerships with the T.J. Adams Group, the David Agency and GCG Financial Inc. The agencies have each signed an exclusive agreement with AdvanTech Solutions to provide human-resource outsourcing services to clients.
By partnering with mature insurance agencies, AdvanTech Solutions said it has been able to enter and penetrate new markets quicker and easier than the competition. AdvanTech recruits high-quality, reputable organizations to provide an exceptional human capital management solution to their clients while securing new and highly profitable revenue streams for themselves.
AdvanTech distributes its services through a unique network of independent insurance agency partners operating in 63 markets in Florida, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina and Illinois. It serves more than 500 clients representing nearly 20,000 worksite employees.
