Confie Seguros, a national personal lines insurance brokerage network, has acquired two additional agencies: Cannello Agency in Niagara, New York, and Moose Insurance in Oakland, Florida, as part of its strategy to build out its geographic footprint.
Confie Seguros completed 22 acquisitions in 2012. The company has annual revenue of $200 million with more than 300 retail locations. Confie Seguros is a portfolio company of ABRY Partners.
