Nautilus Insurance, a W. R. Berkley Co., has enhanced its general liability product offering for contractors, while also expanding product availability to all states except Colorado and New York. Nautilus Insurance writes on behalf of Nautilus Insurance Co. and Great Divide Insurance Co.
This enhanced contractors program includes rate reductions in over 20 contracting classes, an expanded residential appetite from 10 units to 15 units, consistency across primary and excess coverage offerings, as well as excess limits up to $10 million. Coverage options are available for commercial contractors, new residential construction and residential remodelers.
