A three-hour continuing education “Ethics” course will be presented March 13 by Michele Schrotter, Bouchard Insurance training coordinator. The course, sponsored by the Florida SunCoast Chapter of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters, will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at 101 Starcrest Drive, Clearwater, Fla.
Schrotter’ is responsible for creating and executing training programs for all new and existing Bouchard Insurance employees. She specializes in workflows, agency management systems, insurance coverage, customer service and Microsoft products.
