Continental Risk Insurance Services of Lodi, Calif., has new coverage targeting residential general contractors. Coverage includes new construction for custom built homes, remodeling and renovations.
Coverage is available in California, Washington, Oregon and Idaho. New ventures will be considered with prior construction experience. The program is designed for accounts with total gross receipts of $10 million or less, and project-specific policies are available. The minimum premium for $1 million/2 million limit is $7,500 on an occurrence form.
