A Northern California Newspaper Chain has named Thoits Insurance one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area. Ranked 20th in the 50 to 100 employees category, this is the third time that Thoits has been on the list.
“This year’s Best Places to Work Award reinforces what Thoits is most proud of; our ESOP (employee stock ownership program) program;” said Thoits CEO, Paul Saich. “We have maintained from the start that when employees are also owners, both work satisfaction, as well as, productivity, increases.”
