San Diego, Calif.-based Cavignac & Associates has named Carlota Kienke a commercial account administrator.
Kienke provides support and assistance to team members within the agency’s commercial department, She is also charged with processing endorsements, policies and certificates of insurance; handling billing and cancellation issues; administrative follow-up; reconciling audits; reviewing contracts; and performing various account manager tasks.
Kienke has 17 years of experience within the insurance industry. She was most recently an assistant underwriter for Alliant Specialty Insurance Services. Her previous career experience includes a stint with Houston Casualty Company as a senior assistant underwriter. Prior to that, she worked at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency as an assistant underwriter.
