Irvine, Calif.-based Burnham Risk has named John Huttinger executive vice president and partner.
The change was made following Burnham’s acquisition of SeaTech Insurance Agency Inc./Pacific Unified Insurance last month. Huttinger had been president of SeaTech Insurance Agency/Pacific Unified Insurance.
His responsibilities will include business development, risk management strategy, harvesting cross-selling opportunities, and growing the team by attracting talent.

Huttinger has 25 years of industry experience. He originally joined Pacific Unified in 1997 and became president in 2013.
Burnham Risk is a risk management and strategic insurance solutions firm.
