People Moves: CSAA Promotions Launch Enterprise Strategic Initiatives Office in California

CSAA Insurance Group announced new promotions to lead its product management division and newly formed Enterprise Strategic Initiatives Office.

Laurna Castillo was named senior vice president of state product management and Rick Lanter senior vice president of product strategy and development, while Lisa Figgins and Chris Kesterson have been named co-leaders of the new ESIO.

Castillo will lead CSAA’s state product management and agency administration and experience teams, who are responsible for the performance of personal lines insurance products across CSAA’s markets.

Lanter will lead the strategy, design, development and deployment of CSAA’s personal lines insurance products and features.

CSAA also launched the cross-functional ESIO. The ESIO will be led by Lisa Figgins, personal lines product management vice president, and Chris Kesterson, information technology vice president.

Figgins has been with CSAA IG more than 10 years, holding leadership roles in product management and product development.

Kesterson has been with CSAA IG for more than 17 years.

CSAA, a AAA Insurer, offers automobile, homeowners and other personal lines of insurance to AAA Members through AAA clubs in 23 states and the District of Columbia.
