Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Holding Company Appoints Roddy as CFO

Mutual of Enumclaw (MOE), headquartered in Enumclaw, Washington, appointed Scott Roddy as chief financial officer (CFO) of the Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Holding Company.
Roddy brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience with Liberty Mutual Insurance. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and chief operating officer of Comparion and Liberty Mutual Insurance Agency, overseeing strategy, finance, technology, operations, and carrier partnerships. Previously, he served as chief financial officer for Liberty Mutual’s Asia Pacific operations, leading finance for a $1.7 billion business across eight countries.
Vouch Expands Its Leadership Team
Vouch Insurance made three appointments to its leadership team. Steve Kenning joins as chief operating officer, and Jim Loughlin joins as head of client management, while Tyson Stevenson has been promoted to chief revenue officer.
Kenning has more than 15 years of experience building and scaling technology companies. He joins Vouch from Airbnb, where he was director of strategy and operations. He previously spent five years at DoorDash, serving as vice president and global head of customer experience.
As head of client management, Loughlin leads the team responsible for the service, renewal and the success of Vouch’s growth-stage clients. He has nearly three decades of experience in commercial insurance brokerage, with specialization in cyber, financial lines, and management liability coverages. Most recently, he spent more than nine years at Coverwallet and then Aon, where he founded and led the firm’s cyber and financial lines practice for the small and middle-enterprise segment. He is based in Vouch’s New York office.
Stevenson, who joined Vouch as head of sales with more than 25 years of experience at leading brokerages, has been promoted to chief revenue officer. In the expanded role, he rus the full client service organization, including placements, client management, and sales, leading a team that includes Head of Placements Jessica Carl, who has nearly a decade of commercial insurance experience, including brokerage leadership at HUB International. The move brings Vouch’s sales and service motions for its largest clients under a single leader.
