Coverwatch has raised a $4.5 million pre-seed round to help accelerate product development and expand the team at the San Francisco-based firm.
The round was led by CoFound and Restive with participation from KFund, liquid2 ventures and others.
Coverwatch is an AI-native commercial brokerage. Its clients span three markets: homeowner associations, venture-backed technology companies and ecommerce and consumer packaged goods.
Coverwatch is currently licensed in 17 states.
The firm says it expects to be licensed in all 48 continental U.S. states by the third quarter.
