California-based Sloan Mason reported access to a new A- VIII carrier, which will provide competitive GL and wrap-up coverage for residential contractors in California.
These contractors can perform work in new tract developments, as well as on custom residential homes.
Minimum Premiums are:
1) $100,000 for General Liability
2) $150,000 for Wrap-Up coverage.
The following details are required for full underwriting review and best quote:
1. 5 yr payroll history
2. 5 year currently valued carrier issued loss runs (valuation date within 120 days of requested eff date)
3. ACORD WC/GL/Auto/UMB applications
4. Copy of current NCCI or WCIRB Experience Rating Worksheet
5. Contractors supplemental – generic supplementals accepted.
